Upcoming Valley Unified Table-To-Trunk Food Distribution Initiative

ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS - VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOLS

Valley Unified Director of Food Services/School Food Pantry Administrator, Melanie Lagasse, has organized Table-To-Trunk Food Distribution Events one Saturday a month at locations in each Valley Unified school unit, beginning next month on the following dates and at the following locations and times:

• Saturday, November 7 - Wisdom Middle/High School - 10 AM - 1 PM
• Saturday, November 14 - Fort Kent Elementary School - 10 AM - 1 PM
• Saturday, November 21 - Madawaska Middle/High School - 10 AM - 1 PM

Parents/guardians of school-age children whose families are in need of this service should contact Lagasse at mlagasse@vuesc.org for more information and to reserve their food boxes.

NOTE: During food box pick-up times, drivers and passengers will remain in their vehicles and food boxes will be placed in their trunks.
