New SELECTIVES Course - Introduction to Criminal Justice

Through the Valley Unified SELECTIVES Initiative, students at Madawaska High School, Wisdom High School in St. Agatha, and Community High School in Fort Kent have engaged this school year in elective blended learning opportunities (a mix of anywhere, anytime learning and face-to-face instruction) in the following career-focused and/or special interest topics:

  • Career Exploration
  • Computer-Aided Drafting & Design
  • Healthcare Career Preparation
  • Introduction to Cosmetology
  • Introduction to Criminology, Forensics and Criminal Justice
  • Introduction to Culinary Arts
  • Introduction to Forensic Science
  • Introduction to U.S. Military Service & Occupations
  • Modern Digital Multimedia & Game Development
  • Principles of Business, Marketing and Finance
  • Principles of Engineering & Technology
  • Principles of Manufacturing
  • Principles of Photography
